Business
Workspace membership, mailbox access and an assigned email task are three separate things. Business collaboration keeps them that way.
The owner and Head of Support are given access to support@example.com. Other workspace members aren't.
The Head of Support turns a customer email into a task, assigns it to Julie and adds a note with what needs doing.
It appears in Julie's Tasks view. She reads the conversation, adds notes and moves the status from Open to In progress to Complete.
The note and status history stay with the task, so Sam can review the work he delegated — without Julie ever browsing the whole mailbox.

Private mailboxes are visible only to the person who connected them, including to administrators, unless they choose to share.
