Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from CommsRadar and what we expect from you: invitations, accounts, email sending, acceptable use, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and EU Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, for using CommsRadar at https://commsradar.com, including the mobile app. By signing up, accepting an invitation or using CommsRadar, you agree to them.

If you use CommsRadar for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm it has authorised you to do so.

The service

CommsRadar is an invite-only workspace tool for reading and sending email across projects and mailbox accounts, with search, spam management, contacts and a mobile view. The homepage describes what it does today.

We can add, change or remove features. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will try to tell you in the app first.

Who may use CommsRadar

Access requires an invitation from a workspace administrator. You must be at least 16 and use CommsRadar lawfully, including any rules your organisation sets.

You must be entitled to access the mailboxes you are given. If you are not sure an administrator should have given you access to a mailbox, tell them and stop using it.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe and do not share your sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account, so tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

A workspace administrator or platform administrator can deactivate your access. We may also suspend an account to prevent abuse or protect the service.

Your email and content

You keep your rights to the email and files you put in or send through CommsRadar. You give us only the permission needed to store, display, search, protect and deliver them.

You are responsible for the messages, signatures, recipients and attachments you send, and for having the right to send them.

Sending email

Mailboxes must be connected and their sending domains set up before CommsRadar can send from them. Sending may be limited to protect delivery for everyone.

You must not use CommsRadar to send unlawful or harmful material, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

AI features

"Ask your inbox" produces AI-written answers from the emails you can access, and spam filtering may use AI judgements. Both can be wrong or incomplete.

Check anything important before you act on it. You remain responsible for decisions you make using AI output.

Third-party services

CommsRadar works with Resend for sending email, Google for Gmail mailboxes, Projects Library and our hosting and AI providers. Their own terms apply to their parts of the service.

They can change, limit or stop working. Where that happens outside our reasonable control, we are not liable for it, but we will do our best to help you recover.

Availability, limits and changes

We aim to keep CommsRadar available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Limits such as storage, message counts, sync windows and attachment sizes can change.

Email is not a fully secure medium. Do not use CommsRadar for information that must never be exposed.

Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using CommsRadar at any time. A workspace can remove your access, and a platform administrator can disable a workspace.

When access ends, we stop providing the service to you and remove your data in line with the Privacy Policy, subject to backups and any records we must keep.

No warranty

CommsRadar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties about accuracy, fitness for a purpose or freedom from errors.

Liability

Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost email, lost business or lost profits.

Subject to that, and to any liability that cannot legally be limited, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for CommsRadar in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 if you have paid nothing.

Responsibility for your use

If your use of CommsRadar breaks these terms or the law and causes us loss, you will cover that loss where the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are dealt with by the courts there, unless your local consumer or business protection rules say otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with the date at the top. For important changes we will try to tell you in the app. Continuing to use CommsRadar after an update means you accept it.
